针对当前公路隧道钻爆法施工粉尘浓度高的问题,以京昆高速公路辛庄隧道为例,设计了现场风流的测定的方案,并对工作面附近风流情况进行了现场测定分析。结果表明:隧道内风流速度以风筒出口为界,分为射流扩张区、射流收缩区、涡流区、回流区4个部分;靠近掌子面附近的同一断面上:风速呈现出近似“中间小、两边大”的形式,但左右两边方向相反。研究结果对隧道施工通风除尘具有一定的指导意义。
Aiming at the problem of high dust concentration in construction of road and tunnel blasting explosion method, taking the Beijing-Kunming-Beijing Expressway Xinzhuang tunnel as an example, a scheme of on-site wind flow measurement was designed and the situation of wind flow near the working face was measured and analyzed. The results show that the velocity of the wind in the tunnel is divided into four parts: the jet expansion zone, the jet contraction zone, the swirl zone and the recirculation zone. The velocity of the tunnel is close to the same section near the face Small, big on both sides ", but on the opposite side of the left and right. The research results have certain guiding significance for tunnel construction ventilation dust removal.
