[目的]对海南的8个高良姜居群进行遗传多样性和亲缘关系分析。[方法]利用ISSR分子标记对其进行PCR扩增,采用NTSYS和POPGENE等软件进行数据分析。[结果]高良姜居群水平的多态位点百分率为31.45%,物种水平为65.61%;居群遗传分化系数为0.338 9,聚类树种遗传相似度为0.903处,除海口的两个居群单独聚为一类,其余的6个居群聚类方式没有地理相关性。[结论]海南高良姜较低的(65.61%)和居群外变异(33.89%)等数据揭示了其遗传多样性不高,但发生了一定水平的居群内遗传变异。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 8 galangal populations in Hainan. [Method] The ISSR molecular markers were used for PCR amplification and NTSYS and POPGENE software were used for data analysis. [Result] The percentage of polymorphic loci in Galangal population was 31.45%, and the species level was 65.61%. The genetic differentiation coefficient of population was 0.338 9. The genetic similarity of clustering tree species was 0.903. As a category, the other six clusters have no geographical correlation. [Conclusion] The lower (65.61%) and the extra-population variation (33.89%) of Alpinia officinalis in Hainan reveal that the genetic diversity of the population is not high but a certain level of intra-population genetic variation occurred.
