今年元月15日,浙江省温岭市服装总厂职工江聪波收到该市人事劳动局劳动争议仲裁委员会下达的仲裁裁决书,裁决被诉人温岭市服装总厂为申诉人江聪波缴纳养老保险费、失业保险费37448元,向江聪波支付生活补助费等8300元;同时,江聪波向服装总厂返还已领取的“经济补偿费”10000元。至此,这起因职工跳槽导致用人单位不为职工缴纳养老保险等费用的争议案有了结果。
