青年职工特点鲜明,也有着明显的性格和能力缺陷,主要表现在:书本知识丰富但经验不足,创业热情高涨但心态不佳,政治态度健康但理性不够,主体意识强烈但协作不好,重视网络传播但约束不力。因此,要根据这些特点,有针对性地进行思想政治教育,只有这样,才能调动青年职工的积极性、主动性和创造性,推动企业又好又快发展。
Young workers have distinct characteristics and obvious defects in personality and ability. They are mainly manifested in the following aspects: rich knowledge of the book, lack of experience, upsurge in entrepreneurial enthusiasm, poor mentality, a healthy political attitude but lack of rationality, strong subjective awareness but poor coordination, Spread but ineffective. Therefore, ideological and political education should be targeted according to these characteristics. Only in this way can we mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of young workers and promote the sound and rapid development of the enterprises.
