我矿自营建设的竖井,深358米,净直径5.2米,荒直径6.05米,永久支护采用浇灌混凝土,标号为150号,浇灌厚度350毫米。井颈段采用井圈背板作临时支护;基岩中利用金属滑模浇灌,不作临时支护。当掘至马头门上部时,因施工方案要求在马头门上部9.7米段井筒内作临时支护,经过仔细研究,最后确定采用废钢丝绳锚杆作该段井筒的临时支护,实用证明效果良好。
