目前,全国已有50多家技术产权交易机构正在从事包括股权登记、托管、交易等在内的“股权托管业务”,然而现行政策环境的限制和相关法规的不完善,使得这些业务或多或少游走在政策与法规的边缘,也让各地的实践者们如履薄冰。业界普遍认为,在政府有关部门的统筹之下,建立统一的全国性以及区域性“柜台交易市场”可能才是各地技术产权交易机构和股权托管中心的最终出路,也是发展和完善资本市场
