面对人口老龄化、产业结构转型升级、经济发展速度放缓等经济社会发展的新趋势,职业教育也应在发展方式方面实现深刻转型。转型的关键点体现在如下方面:积极培养新型经济发展需要的创新型技能人才;全面开发绿色技能,培养适应绿色经济发展需要的人才;拓宽教育对象,丰富教育目标,发展终身化、开放性、包容性的职业教育;把提高教育质量作为关键目标。
