目的:探讨孕期健康教育对孕妇分娩方式的影响。方法:选择参加孕期健康教育直至分娩的孕妇90例为观察组,随机选取同期产检和分娩、但并未接受健康教育的孕妇90例为对照组,对比两组孕产妇的产前分娩意愿、实际分娩方式及母乳喂养情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组孕产妇产检次数、自然分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组孕产妇因社会因素行剖宫产术的比例明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组母乳喂养情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孕期健康教育加强了孕产妇对自然分娩的了解,增强了自信心,对于促进产妇自然分娩、降低社会因素剖宫产率具有积极作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of pregnancy health education on the delivery mode of pregnant women. Methods: Ninety pregnant women who took part in health education during pregnancy until delivery were selected as the observation group. Ninety pregnant women who did not receive health education at the same period were randomly selected as the control group. The willingness of prenatal delivery of two groups of pregnant women was compared. Mode of delivery and breastfeeding. Results: Compared with the control group, the number of pregnant women in the observation group and the rate of natural childbirth in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). The proportion of pregnant women in the observation group who underwent cesarean section due to social factors was significantly lower than that in the control group <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in breastfeeding (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Health education during pregnancy strengthens the understanding of pregnant women on spontaneous labor and enhances self-confidence. It plays an active role in promoting spontaneous labor and reducing the incidence of cesarean section.
