高校的外语专业设置中,每个班级平均人数都在40人左右,甚者有班级人数超过50人。鉴于外语专业的特点,在这样的教学形态中,如何能够真正培养出合格的外语人才,而不是培养出“哑巴人才”。带着这一问题,本稿从目的、方法及注意点等方面提出了外语教育中小班化教学的必要性。
In the setting of foreign language major in colleges and universities, the average number of each class is about 40, or even more than 50 people have classes. In view of the characteristics of foreign language majors, how can we really cultivate qualified foreign language talents in such teaching forms instead of cultivating “dumb talents”. With this problem in mind, this essay proposes the necessity of teaching small and medium-sized classes in foreign language education from the aspects of purpose, methods and attention points.
