目的 :分析EB病毒膜抗原 (membraneantigen ,MA)BLLF1基因在转基因小鼠外周血淋巴细胞中的表达。方法 :EB病毒膜抗原BLLF1基因转基因首建鼠 4只 ,尾组织经PCR检测携带有BLLF1基因 ,用流式细胞仪分析MA在外周血淋巴细胞中的表达并用激光共焦显微镜确定MA在细胞中的表达部位。结果 :4只首建鼠中有 2只KM Tg EBV1和KM Tg EBV5外周血淋巴细胞中有MA的表达 ,表达部位在细胞浆中和细胞膜上。 结论 :表达EB病毒膜抗原的转基因小鼠可作为研究EB病毒致病机制的一个新的动物模型
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the expression of Epstein-Barr virus membrane antigen (BMAF1) gene in peripheral blood lymphocytes of transgenic mice. Methods: Four BLLF1 gene transgenic mice with Epstein-Barr virus membrane antigen (BLLF1) gene were transfected into the tail of mice. BLLF1 gene was detected by PCR. The expression of MAH in peripheral blood lymphocytes was analyzed by flow cytometry. The confocal laser scanning microscopy The expression site. Results: Two of the four newly constructed mice expressed MA in the peripheral blood lymphocytes of KM Tg EBV1 and KM Tg EBV5. The expression sites were in the cytoplasm and on the cell membrane. CONCLUSION: Transgenic mice expressing Epstein-Barr virus antigens can be used as a new animal model for studying the pathogenesis of Epstein-Barr virus
