目的 :观察脑生素对外伤性神经性睑下垂的疗效。方法 :将 3 5例外伤性眼睑下垂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组采用脑生素加常规治疗 ,对照组用常规治疗 ,观察眼睑下垂肌力恢复程度以判断疗效。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 95 .45 % ,对照组总有效率为 76.96% ,差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :用脑生素治疗外伤性睑下垂可取得良好疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of brain stimulation on traumatic neurological ptosis. Methods: Thirty five patients with traumatic eyelid ptosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with conventional therapy and brain stimulation. The control group was treated with conventional therapy to observe the recovery degree of ptosis to judge the curative effect. Results: The total effective rate was 95.45% in the treatment group and 76.96% in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of traumatic brain ptosis with ptosis can achieve good results.
