本文以部队报告的传染病报告卡为资料，用全军疾病监测管理软件经微机统计处理，对某区部队１９９４年传染病疫情进行了分析。结果显示：１９９４年发病比１９９３年上升３０．３７％。乙类传染病占７８．２５％、丙类传染病占２１．３３％；以肠道传染病为主，占６３．２４％；还发生麻疹和感染性腹泻暴发各１起。发病居前十位的传染病为细菌性痢疾、病毒性肝炎、感染性腹泻、肺结核、麻疹、流行性腮腺炎、出血热、伤寒副伤寒、猩红热、淋病。
In this paper, the infectious disease report card reported by the army is used as the data, and the disease surveillance and management software of the whole army is used to carry out statistical processing by means of microcomputer to analyze the epidemic situation of the infectious disease in 1994 in a certain area. The results showed that the incidence in 1994 increased by 30.37% over 1993. Category B infectious diseases accounted for 78.25%, Type C infectious diseases accounted for 21.33%; intestinal infectious diseases, accounting for 63.24%; also occurred in one outbreak of measles and infectious diarrhea. The top ten infectious diseases are bacillary dysentery, viral hepatitis, infectious diarrhea, tuberculosis, measles, mumps, haemorrhagic fever, typhoid and paratyphoid fever, scarlet fever and gonorrhea.
