长沙市岳麓区咸嘉新村社区是湖南省首个按“留地集中安置,综合开发建设”模式建设的现代新型社区。近年来,咸嘉新村社区积极创新,推出了“三有一无”的就业模式,即“心中有数、手中有技、就业有门、服务无忧”。咸嘉新村社区的“三有一无”就业模式先后被《中国劳动保障报》、《长沙通讯》、《长沙晚报》等媒体报道和推广。
The community of Xianjia Village in Yuelu District of Changsha City is the first modern new-type community in Hunan province built according to the model of “centralized resettlement of land reserved, integrated development and construction”. In recent years, the community of Xianjia New Village has been actively innovating and launched the employment pattern of “three no ”, that is, “there are countless, skilled, employment, service worry.” The “Three In A None” employment mode of the community in Xianjia New Village has been reported and promoted by China Labor and Social Security Newspaper, Changsha Communication and Changsha Evening News.
