根据胜利油田各采油厂的需求,对油层浅、载荷小的某些油区块,迫切需要易于管理的节能型、大冲程、小结构的抽油机。为此,我们公司研制开发了CYJS6-3-18HB双驴头游梁式抽油机。该抽油机按APISPECⅡE《抽油机规范》设计,经现场应用,效果较好。解决了用户对油层浅、载荷小的油区块,以前只能用大结构抽油机而没无小结构抽油机的需求,从而降低了采油成本,提高了生产效益,满足了用户的需求。
According to the demands of oil production plants in Shengli Oilfield, for some oil blocks with shallow oil layer and small load, there is an urgent need for energy-saving, large-stroke and small-structure pumping units that are easy to manage. To this end, our company has developed CYJS6-3-18HB double donkey head beam pumping unit. The pumping unit according to APISPEC Ⅱ E “pumping unit specification” design, the field application, the effect is better. Solve the user of the shallow oil layer, the load of small blocks, the former can only use large-structure pumping unit and no small structure pumping unit needs, thus reducing oil production costs and improve production efficiency and meet the needs of users .
