随着新课程改革的不断深入及取得的成就,小学数学分层教学法成为了当前比较流行的一种教学方式,也受到了全国的关注。分层教学法又叫做分组教学法或能力分组法,其主要内容就是根据学生的智力测试及学习成绩进行分组,教师在教学中结合不同的教学内容,展开不同层次的教学工作。在利用分层教学法的时候,教师一定要从实际出发,认识学生的差异性,然后展开有针对性的教学,从而让学生的发展越来越全面。一、分层教学法在小学数学教学中运用的重要性
