选用供应态分别为30μm和12μm的二种粗颗粒WC粉末,研究不同方法表征的粉末粒度与合金晶粒度的关系。结果表明:三种粉末粒度测定方法给出的结果都呈现粒度越粗合金的晶粒度也越粗的规律。粗颗粒WC的研磨态粒度与合金的晶粒度相当接近,金相法测得的12μmWC的晶粒分布与所制备的合金的晶粒度的一致性比30μmWC制备的合金要好。粗晶WC研磨态的Fsss粒度可以用于评价粗晶WC晶粒度,也可以预测WC-Co合金的晶粒度。
The two kinds of coarse particles WC powder with the supply states of 30μm and 12μm respectively were selected to study the relationship between the particle size and the grain size of the alloy characterized by different methods. The results show that the results of three kinds of powder particle size determination methods show that the grain size of the coarser grain size is also thicker. Grinding state coarse grain size of WC and the grain size of the alloy is quite close to the metallographic method measured 12μmWC grain size distribution and prepared alloy grain size consistency better than 30μmWC prepared alloy better. Fsss grain size in the coarse WC grinding state can be used to evaluate the coarse grain WC grain size and to predict the grain size of the WC-Co alloy.
