患者,28岁,孕2产1,预产期1985年8月28日,因有足月自娩一死婴史(1982年2月)于1985年8月19日提前入院。产前检查从孕3月开始,未见异常,既往健康。检查:血压14.7/9.3kPa(110/70mmHg),全身未见异常;胎儿枕右前位,宫底33cm,腹围88cm,住院期间胎心率136～142/min,B超双顶径8.8cm,胸径6.5cm,腹径6.8cm,未见畸形,胎盘成熟Ⅱ～Ⅲ度。化验:血红蛋白88g/L(8.8g/dl),红细胞2.75×10~(12)/L,余均正常。入院后吸氧15min,2/d,治疗贫
