Internet的迅速成长正在把世界连接成一个整体,“世界”这个概念也正在缩小。但是在信息技术高度发达的今天,计算机网络安全已成为各国关注的焦点。计算机病毒不断地产生和传播,计算机遭非法入侵,机密文件的丢失,由此造成的网络系统的瘫痪等给各个国家和众多公司带来巨大的经济损失,甚至威胁到国家和地区的安全。
The rapid growth of the Internet is connecting the world as a whole. The concept of “the world” is also shrinking. However, in today’s highly developed information technology, computer network security has become the focus of attention of all countries. The constant occurrence and dissemination of computer viruses, the illegal invasion of computers, the loss of confidential documents and the resulting paralysis of the Internet system have brought huge economic losses to various countries and many companies, and have even threatened the security of countries and regions.
