一项填补国内空白的匝大科研项目——FN—250型钢桶全自动缝焊机,最近由上海电焊机厂与南京矿山机械厂联合开发研制获得成功。缝焊机是钢桶制造行业的关键设备。该产品一改传统的钢桶生产工艺,将圈圆、点焊定位和纵缝商焊三道工序于一机完成,并采用专门的焊接热量电气控制系统,能有效地保证焊接质量。这种缝焊机全部采用国产零部件,经测试各项技术指标均达到国外同类样机水平。
