目的:探讨雌激素对动情周期各阶段和去卵巢小鼠心功能的影响。方法:应用高分辨率超声影像系统,观察小鼠动情周期各阶段和去卵巢小鼠M型超声心动图、二尖瓣血流速度频谱、组织多普勒显像的改变。结果:小鼠动情周期各阶段超声心动图检查的各项指标的差异无统计学意义;而去卵巢小鼠的左心室质量(LVM)增加,左心室短轴缩短率(FS)、射血分数(LVEF)减低;舒张早期最大血流速度(E)降低,舒张晚期最大血流速度(A)增高,E/A比值降低,等容舒张时间(IVRT)延长;舒张早期二尖瓣运动速度(E’)及E’与舒张晚期二尖瓣运动速度(A’)比值降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雌激素正常生理分泌规律变化对心功能无影响,而卵巢摘除,雌激素水平下降,可导致心脏收缩和舒张功能减退。
Objective: To investigate the effect of estrogen on the cardiac function of ovariectomized mice in different stages of estrus cycle. Methods: The changes of M-mode echocardiography, mitral flow velocity spectrum and Tissue Doppler imaging were observed in all stages of estrous cycle and ovariectomized mice using high-resolution ultrasound imaging system. Results: There was no significant difference in echocardiographic parameters among different stages of the estrous cycle in mice. However, the left ventricular mass (LVM), left ventricular fractional shortening (FS), ejection fraction (LVEF) decreased; the maximum diastolic velocity (E) decreased, the maximum diastolic velocity (A) increased, the E / A ratio decreased and the IVRT prolonged; the diastolic mitral valve velocity E ’) and E’ with late diastolic mitral valve velocity (A ’), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The changes of normal physiological secretion of estrogen have no effect on cardiac function. However, the removal of ovary and the decrease of estrogen level may lead to cardiac contraction and diastolic dysfunction.
