我是1993年初政府换届时担任沈阳市副市长的,分管城建、城管、交通以及商品流通、第三产业等方面工作。这些工作,都是面向群众并与市民切身利益密切相关的。其中,房地产开发、居民动回迁、市容、市场及交通管理以及供水、供气、供暖等工作,是市民普遍关心的社会“热点”问题。尤其在市场经济条件下,面对历史欠账、现实困难以及在体制转轨中各种矛盾交织、不同利益和心态的碰撞,工作难度大,领导要求高,群众抱有很大的期望,处理不妥,就会酿成大的社会问题。只有以党的相信群众、依靠群众、坚持一切从群众利益出发的思想总揽工作全局,才能做一名受群众信赖的领导干部。 一、牢记党的宗旨,坚持群众观点,是中青年干部立业之本
