菜粉蝶(Artogeia raPae)与大菜粉蝶(Pierisbrassicae)是十字花科蔬菜的重要害虫。如何安全、经济、有效地予以防治是蔬菜生产上急待解决的一个课题。长期大量施用化学农药,不仅增强害虫抗性,效果下降,成本提高,而且对天敌、环境及人类健康带来不利影响。看来大菜粉蝶颗粒体病毒(PbGv)是极有希望的微生物杀虫剂。但目前通过细胞培养法来大规模生产颗粒体病毒则是不现实的,故必须用活寄主来增殖。本文是以菜粉蝶幼虫为靶子生物,探索PbGv增殖最佳条件的结果。
Artogeia raPae and Pieris brassicae are important pests of cruciferous vegetables. How to control it safely, economically and effectively is a pressing issue in vegetable production. Long-term large-scale application of chemical pesticides, not only enhance pest resistance, the effect decreased, the cost increase, but also adversely affect natural enemies, environment and human health. It appears that cabbage butterfly granulosis virus (PbGv) is a very promising microbial pesticide. However, the current mass production of granulosis virus by cell culture is unrealistic, so it is necessary to proliferate by living hosts. In this paper, Cabbage butterfly larvae as the target organism to explore the best conditions for the proliferation of PbGv results.
