通过30根玄武岩纤维(BFRP)管膨胀混凝土短柱轴压试验,研究了BFRP布层数、膨胀剂掺量对BFRP管膨胀混凝土短柱轴压力学性能的影响。结果表明:试件脆性破坏特征明显;掺入适量膨胀剂可提高BFRP管混凝土短柱轴压极限承载能力,试件轴压极限承载能力提高幅度随膨胀剂掺量增加呈先提高后降低趋势;对于本试验C40,C50两个系列试件其最大轴压极限承载力对应膨胀剂掺量分别为10%和15%;膨胀剂掺量相同时,随BFRP布层数增加,试件轴压极限承载力有明显提高趋势;试件轴向、环向应力-应变曲线均表现为双折线形。
The axial compression tests of 30 short columns of expanded concrete (BFRP) pipe were carried out to study the influence of the number of BFRP cloth layers and the dosage of expansive agent on the axial compressive properties of BFRP tubes. The results show that the brittle fracture characteristics of the specimens are obvious. Addition of proper amount of expansion agent can increase the ultimate bearing capacity of BFRP concrete short columns. The increase of ultimate bearing capacity of BFRP tubes firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of expansion agent dosage. For this test C40, C50 two series of specimens corresponding to the maximum axial compressive ultimate capacity of the corresponding expander dosage were 10% and 15%; the same amount of expansion agent with BFRP cloth layer number increase, the specimen axial compression limit The bearing capacity has obviously improved. The axial and circumferential stress-strain curves of the specimens show double-fold line shape.
