2014年2月,台湾地区“教育事务主管部门”公布了台湾普通高中历史课纲的“微调”。台湾绿营势力对此强力反对,各种抗议活动风起云涌,引发了巨大的社会震荡。本文对新旧两版课纲作了详尽比对,发现“课纲微调”中对反映“台独”观点的以台湾为中心点、以中国为小外圈、以世界为大外圈的地域中心论的“同心圆史观”并没有丝毫改变,但通过遣词用语的修订,对一些关系是非曲直的重大问题确实在字里行间作出了改变性质的重要“纠偏”。微调事件说明“台独”势力在历史教育上已完成了知识体系的架构并进入了学校教育,违反“一中”原则的历史观教育已经占据了上风,大陆长期以来对台重经济、轻政治、轻思想、轻学术、轻意识的交流政策需要反思。
