随着市场经济大潮对医疗行业的冲击,近几年来,全国大量民营专科医院、中外合资医院的兴起,使得公立医院垄断医疗市场的局面逐步被打破。国内医疗市场的竞争格局正在形成,公立医院开始向市场找出路,向管理要效益。由于医疗机构具有很大的开放性,流动人员多而杂,同时还是各类传染病的高危地区,这样的特性就给医院的管理带来了很大的难度。
