为实际评价有机—无机复合保温结构的保温效果,在新疆克拉玛依油田的稠油热采注蒸汽管道上先后进行了地面和埋地管道的工程应用试验。试验证明,在同等厚度和相同介质、环境条件下,与水泥珍珠岩保温结构相比,对地面管道减少散热损失133.1W/m,对埋地管道减少散热损失63.9W/m。该有机—无机复合保温结构造价偏高,但总体效益是优越的。
In order to actually evaluate the heat preservation effect of the organic-inorganic composite insulation structure, the engineering application experiments of the ground and buried pipes were successively carried out on the heavy oil thermal recovery steam injection pipe in the Karamay Oilfield in Xinjiang. The test shows that compared with the thermal insulation structure of cement perlite, the heat loss of ground pipeline is reduced by 133.1W / m and the heat loss of buried pipeline is reduced by 63.9W / m under the same thickness and the same medium and environmental conditions. The organic - inorganic composite insulation structure high cost, but the overall benefit is superior.
