班集体是学生日常学习和生活所处的集体,是学生日常学习、生活的小环境。各种理论和教学的实践表明:环境对人的行为和思想的影响是很大的,对小学阶段的未成年来说环境的影响更大,因为小学生明辨是非的能力处于正在形成和不断发展的时期,有时不能够判断正误,行为、思想和态度都容易跟随环境氛围影响而行之。基于此,笔者认为加强小学生的班级学习氛围的营造很重要,小学生处于良好的学习氛围中,学生的学习兴趣也会更加浓厚,取得更好的学习效果。
Class collective is a group of students daily study and life, is a small environment for daily learning and living. The practice of various theories and teaching shows that the environmental impact on human behavior and thinking is great and the environment is more affected by the underage children in primary school because the ability of pupils to distinguish right and wrong is in a period of being formed and constantly developing. Sometimes can not judge right and wrong, behavior, thoughts and attitudes are easy to follow the influence of the environmental atmosphere. Based on this, I believe it is very important to build a class atmosphere for primary school students. The primary school students are in a good learning environment and the students’ interest in learning will be stronger and their learning outcomes will be better.
