The purpose of this paper is to understand the effects of inhaling formaldehyde (HCHO) on the lung microparticle P450. Experimental Male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 150-175 g were randomly divided into groups. One control group and three experimental groups of 0.5 (inhalation upper limit), 3.0 (upper limit of occupational exposure) and 15ppm (carcinogenic concentration) were set up.
