本文阐述了一种控制算法,它应用于被控量变化缓慢、送料的质量和数量不稳定的立德粉焙烧过程.在这个控制算法的设计过程中,吸收了模糊控制器的基本设计思想,并在控制表的结构与确定条件、算法的评判要素上作了本质性更改,例如,将状态过渡的有向性引入控制表,以实现转速与送料速度失去平衡的恢复;取消模糊控制器中的误差变化,代之以模糊控制单位,以解决被控量变化缓慢,进料质量和数量的波动性问题,把模糊控制器的探索式控制转化为回顾式控制,从而较好地适应了立德粉焙烧过程的特点.
In this paper, a control algorithm is introduced, which is applied to the lithopone roasting process with slow change of controlled quantity and unstable feed quality and quantity.In the design process of this control algorithm, the basic design idea of fuzzy controller is absorbed, For example, the directivity of the state transition is introduced into the control table so as to restore the imbalance between the speed and the feed rate.
