加强青年体育教师师德建设,对教学实效性和对青年教师自身成长进步均意义重大。文章从实际观察和文献查找中总结出部分青年体育教师师德表现不良的现象,并提出加强青年体育教师师德建设的方法与建议。
Strengthening the building of PE teachers’ morality is of great significance to the effectiveness of teaching and the growth and progress of young teachers themselves. The article summarizes some phenomena of poor performance of PE teachers from the actual observation and literature search, and puts forward the methods and suggestions to strengthen the construction of PE teachers’ morality.
