清代徽州盐商在著述方面也做出贡献。他们中的一些著名人物,有的本身是盐商,有 的则是盐商眷属。如程晋芳、程梦星及汉学家程瑶田等。即便是汉学家凌廷堪,也至少能确定他是出 身于淮北盐区的徽商家庭,其成长与两淮盐业关系很大。徽州盐商的著述还有相当的普及性。其中岑 山渡和江村都是很好的代表。盐商方士庵和岑山渡人程且硕,还有其乡土特色作品问世。
