工作成学习告一段落或完成的时候,要进行总結,对这一工作或学习加以全面地、深入地检查和分析研究。一方面肯定成績,并分析研究出获得成績的經驗;另一方面也要指出缺点、錯誤,并找出产生缺点、錯誤的原因,从中吸取教训,提出避免缺点、錯誤和改进工作的办法。做好总結,能够提高我們的思想認識和工作能力,能使我們在以后的工作中,有更大的可能性避免缺点和錯誤,能为进一步改进工作作好准备。所以,总结是我們不断改进工作,提高工作質量的重要方法。
At the end of the work-study program, we should summarize and conduct a comprehensive and in-depth examination and analysis of the work or study.
