社会资本是现代社会中具有强大解释力的一个词语,尤其是现代社会人们面临一系列交往困境,人与人之间关系日趋紧张,对人自身以及与他人关系做深刻的反思是十分必要的。本文从概念入手,阐释了社会资本和农村社会资本的概念及其特征。一方面,社会资本内生的社会信任有助于转化为政治信任培养公民对民主政治的认同。另一方面,社会资本能够为公民有序参与政治生活提供渠道,培养公民的自治意识、合作意识和妥协精神,培育公民有序参与政治生活的习惯。在我国城镇化的进程中探讨农村社会资本的重构,可以帮助城镇化更合理的进行。
Social capital is a word with powerful explanatory power in modern society. Especially in modern society, people face a series of difficulties in interaction. The relationship between people is becoming increasingly tense. It is necessary to deeply reflect on people and their relationships with others. This article begins with the concept and explains the concept and characteristics of social capital and rural social capital. On the one hand, endogenous social trust in social capital helps translate into political trust and fosters citizens’ acceptance of democratic politics. On the other hand, social capital can provide a channel for citizens to participate in political life in an orderly manner, cultivate citizens ’awareness of self-government, sense of cooperation and compromise, and cultivate citizens’ habit of participating in political life in an orderly manner. To explore the reconstruction of rural social capital in the process of urbanization in our country can help urbanize more reasonablely.
