(一九五四年七月二十八日省府委員會第二十一次會議擴大會通過) 一、江西省第一届人民代表大會第一次會議,從七月十一日開幕,歴時十二天,已於七月二十二日勝利地閉幕了。大會審查和批准了省人民政府關於五年來的施政工作報告,討論並通過了省人民政府委員會第十八次會議擴大會關於一九五四年工作任務的决定,審查和批准了全省一九五三年財政决算和一九五四年財政预算的報告,討論了中華人民共和国憲法草案,並通過了擁護中華人民共和國憲法草案的决議,遵照選舉法選舉了全國人民代表大會的代表。此外,並根據我省今年部分地區遭受洪水災害的具體情况,通過了關於開展增產節約生產救災運動的决議,省人民政府委員會第二十一次會議擴大會熱烈擁護全省第一届人民代表大會第一次會議所通過的各項報告和决議。並領導全省各級人民政府堅决為貫徹與執行上述各項報告和决議而鬥爭。
