近年来我国虽然在电子专业高科技领域取得了丰硕成果,但在将其转化为实际运用过程中却遇到了种种困难,特别是缺乏与之衔接的能把科研成果转化为大规模生产力的“KAQ”复合型应用人才,这就使得社会对“KAQ”复合型应用人才的需求量逐年增加。本文通过对“KAQ”复合型应用人才模式的详细论述,目的就是为中等职业学校的人才培养模式提供参考。
