1983～1988年我院治疗泌尿外科术后并发应激性溃疡出血12例,死亡1例,痊愈11例,现报告如下。本组12例中,前列腺增生经膀胱内前列腺摘除术6例,切除结核性脓肾3例,膀胱癌行膀胱部分切除术2例,肾囊肿行囊肿去顶术1例。年龄46～79岁,平均68.2岁。12例患者既往均无胃病史,未服用过对胃粘膜有刺激性药物。术后24小时内出血8例,均曾有术中低血压持续1小时左右,应激性溃疡出血持续时间为2～4天;术后3～7天出血
From 1983 to 1988, 12 cases of stress ulcer hemorrhage were treated in our hospital after urology surgery, 1 died and 11 cases were cured. The report is as follows. In this group of 12 cases, 6 cases of prostatic hyperplasia by intravesical prostatectomy, 3 cases of tuberculous pus removal, 2 cases of bladder cancer resection and 1 case of renal cyst debridement. Age 46 to 79 years, mean 68.2 years old. None of the 12 patients had a history of stomach trouble, and had not taken any pungent drugs on gastric mucosa. Bleeding within 24 hours after surgery in 8 cases, had intraoperative hypotension for about 1 hour, the duration of stress ulcer bleeding for 2 to 4 days; 3 to 7 days after the operation of bleeding
