大公司比小公司更需要创业家精神。马云和杨元庆有什么关联?在2011年6月,这两个有世界影响力的中国明星企业家,各自做了一件大事:马云在未与大股东雅虎、软银达成协议的情况下,将支付宝从阿里巴巴集团中转移出来;杨元庆在取得大股东联想控股的支持下,个人回购联想集团8%的股份。马云的惊天之举,遮盖了杨元庆的光芒与关注度,但在我看来,马云和杨元庆做的是同一件选择:企业家回归创业家角色,重新主导公司命运。这个观点在我的新浪微博写出后,不少博友认为,“这是两码事”(朱啸虎),“一个是国有或集体所有制在特殊历史情况和国情下的边缘突破,一个是私有制在全球市场化、资本化环境中的认赌服输”(包冉)。
Big companies need entrepreneurship more than small companies. What is the relationship between Ma Yun and Yang Yuanqing?
