采用改良的UF树脂处理木材、使其性能得以改善,并通过正交试验选择浸注处理的最佳工艺参数。处理后的杉间材物理力学性能明显提高,适应了地板木尺寸稳定性、硬度、耐磨性等性能的要求,从而提高了杉间材的使用价值和经济价值。
Using improved UF resin treatment of wood, to improve its performance, and by orthogonal test to choose the best infusion parameters of the treatment process. After treatment, the physical and mechanical properties of Cunninghamia lanceolata were obviously improved, meeting the requirements of the performance such as the dimensional stability, hardness and abrasion resistance of wood flooring, thus improving the use value and economic value of Cunninghamia lanceolata wood.
