成功建立实验性高血脂症兔模型 ,观察纳豆提取物对机体抗氧化及血脂水平的影响。结果表明 ,模型建立第 8周时 ,纳豆提取物组TC、TG、LDL -C、MDA、AL值分别比模型组降低了 3 9 88% ( p <0 0 5 )、44 5 4% ( p <0 0 5 )、48 84% (P <0 0 5 )、48 2 5 % (p <0 0 1)、70 2 0 % ,而HDL -C、SOD值分别提高了 75 81% ( p <0 0 1)、3 8 3 2 % ( p <0 0 1) ,结论表明纳豆提取物可降低血脂水平 ,通过升高HDL -C、降低LDL -C调节脂质代谢 ,具有抗脂质过氧化作用 ,可预防动脉粥样硬化的形成。
Successfully established experimental hyperlipidemic rabbit model to observe the effect of natto extract on the body antioxidant and blood lipid levels. The results showed that the TC, TG, LDL-C, MDA and AL of the natto extract group were reduced by 398% (p <0.05) and 445.4% (p < (P <0 05), 48 84% (P 0 05), 48 2 5% (P 0 01), 70 2 0%, and HDL-C and SOD increased by 75 81% <0 0 1) and 3 8 3 2% (p 0 01), respectively. The results showed that natto extract could reduce the level of blood lipids, elevate HDL-C, decrease LDL-C and regulate lipid metabolism, Peroxidation, can prevent the formation of atherosclerosis.
