技术交易作为市场配置技术资源的重要手段之一,是实现技术价值的必要环节。介绍了技术交易的特点及发展趋势、制约技术交易的瓶颈因素、技术交易的模式及机制、技术交易的流程。针对技术交易高风险和长周期等特点,提出了应设计合理的、灵活性的交易结构和付款方式,同时,在技术交易的实施执行过程中,需要交易双方密切合作等建议。
As one of the important means of allocating technical resources in the market, the technical transaction is an essential part of realizing the technical value. This paper introduces the characteristics and development trend of technology transactions, the bottleneck factors that restrict the technology transactions, the modes and mechanisms of technology transactions and the flow of technology transactions. Aiming at the characteristics of high risk and long cycle of technology trading, this paper proposes a reasonable and flexible transaction structure and payment method. At the same time, it is suggested that both parties should cooperate closely during the implementation of technology transaction.
