平等和谐的师生关系是促进学生身心健康发展的需要。中职学生不同于普通高中生,没有升学的压力,也没有就业的压力,因为学校会安置就业,因此,多数学生会有松懈感,而他们多数是未成年,行为自制力差,是非标准不清晰,主观意识强,好叛逆,对家长和老师有疏离感,常常表现出不服从,再加上社会和网络中不良风气的影响,部分学生思想偏激,钟情游戏,迷恋网吧,问题较多。在这种情况下,学校教师的引导和教育特别重要,而构建和谐的师生关系是关键。
