随着教改的深入开展,课堂教学中师生间的相互作用问题日益受到重视。人们常说的师生“双边活动”,实质是教学系统中信息回路的形成,教师根据学生的反馈信息作出反应,调整信息输出,进而有效地控制系统的正常运行。 教师的反应技能,有人称为“课堂应变能力”域“课堂教学反馈信息的调控”,实际上是一种智力动作,是教师在课堂上所做的饨较高水平的动作,是一种可操作、可培养的技能。本文结合生物课堂教学活动,对反应技能作一点初步探讨。
