研究了火焰原子吸收法测定罐头食品中Cu、Zn和Sn时的测定方法。对一些主要共存元素K、Na、Ca、Mg和PO_4 ̄3-对Cu、Zn和Sn测定的干扰及干扰的消除进行了研究。在测定Sn时,加入0.5mg/LK作为消电离剂,并采用调节燃助比的方法使PO_4 ̄2-对Sn的增感效应降低到测定误差允许的范围内。同时在同一试液中直接测定了Cu和Zn。方法的回收率达95.6%(Cu)、102%(Zn)和99.4%(Sn)。经测试各种类型的罐头食品中的Cu、Zn和Sn的含量,证明该法简便易行,快速准确。
The determination of Cu, Zn and Sn in canned food by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was studied. The interference of some major coexisting elements K, Na, Ca, Mg and PO_4 ~ 3 on the determination of Cu, Zn and Sn and the elimination of interference were studied. In the determination of Sn, add 0.5mg / LK as deionizing agent, and adjust the fuel ratio by PO4 ~ 2 - Sn sensitization effect reduced to the allowable range of measurement error. At the same time in the same test solution directly measured Cu and Zn. The recoveries of the method reached 95.6% (Cu), 102% (Zn) and 99.4% (Sn). After testing the content of Cu, Zn and Sn in various types of canned food, this method is proved to be simple, quick and accurate.
