On February 9, approved by the State Council, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Finance jointly convened a strategic exploration of prospecting breakthrough in Beijing to mobilize and deploy a video-conference call to convey the importance of studying and implementing the leadership of the Central Government on strengthening geological prospecting work. At the meeting, Wang Min, party member and deputy minister of the Ministry of Land and Resources, chaired the meeting and read out the "General Office of the State Council on Forwarding the Ministry of Land and Resources and other departments to find out the breakthrough strategy line
