针对Internet的服务质量较低的问题，列举出改善Internet服务质量的若干途径，逐一加以描述，并分析了各种途径的优缺点。
Aiming at the problem of low service quality of the Internet, several ways of improving Internet service quality are listed, one by one, and the advantages and disadvantages of various approaches are analyzed.
