目的:对螺旋藻免疫调节作用的机理进行研究。方法:采用竞争性蛋白结合分析法,研究螺旋藻多糖( Spirulina platensis polysaccharides,SPP) 对小鼠脾细胞中第二信使环腺苷酸(cAMP) 浓度的影响。结果:SPP可剂量依赖性引起小鼠脾细胞中cAMP浓度的升高。结论:SPP免疫调节作用的重要机制之一是对脾细胞中第二信使cAMP浓度的影响。关键词 螺旋藻多糖,环磷酸腺苷,脾细胞
Objective: To study the mechanism of immunomodulatory effect of Spirulina. Methods: Competitive protein binding assay was used to study the effect of Spirulina platensys polysaccharides (SPP) on the concentration of cAMP in second messenger of mouse spleen cells. Results: SPP caused a dose-dependent increase in cAMP concentration in mouse splenocytes. Conclusion: One of the important mechanisms of SPP immunomodulatory effect is the effect of cAMP concentration on the second messenger in spleen cells.
