一、余热回收的意义和装置我国是能源生产大国,煤炭的年产量已为世界之冠。据报载,1989年我国煤炭产量达10.4亿吨,超过美国的10.2亿吨,使美国领先达100年之久的第一位屈居第二位。但是,我国又是能源浪费大国,能源的利用率很低。我国工业炉窑是能耗大户,约占全国能耗的1/4。但工业炉窑的热效率的平均值很低,只有30%左右。而以高温烟气形式排放的余热量,占其总能耗量为30~50%。估计余热资源量在年耗煤量为10亿吨时约有7000多万吨标煤,存在相当丰富的余热资源。目前我国的余热资源的回收率仅20~30%,
First, the significance of waste heat recovery and equipment China is a large energy producer, the annual output of coal has been the highest in the world. However, our country is again a big waste of energy and has a very low energy utilization rate. China’s industrial furnace is a large energy consumption, accounting for about 1/4 of the country’s energy consumption. However, the average thermal efficiency of industrial furnaces is very low, only about 30%. Exhaust heat discharged in the form of high-temperature flue gas accounts for 30% to 50% of the total energy consumption. Estimated waste heat resources in the annual consumption of 1 billion tons of coal about 7000 million tons of standard coal, there is a considerable abundance of waste heat resources. At present, the recovery rate of waste heat resources in China is only 20 to 30%
