基础教育课程改革把“为了每一个孩子的发展”作为核心的理念。为了实践这一理念,我校努力构建一种充满对生命关爱的学校新文化,营造一种适合于儿童发展和享受生命的精神乐园,架起学生幸福成长的文化桥梁。一、建构阅读课程文化,让学生获得人生的智慧为了让阅读成为儿童获得幸福感的主要源泉,成为获得自觉学习意识的重要途径,成为智慧生成和发展的关键要索,我们制订了“打造书香校园,阅读引领成长”规划。从多年前的广泛阅读行动开始,到现在的阅读课程文化建设,既把阅读作为学生语文学习的中心环节,又把它作为促进孩子精神成长的有效方式,作为文化传承的重要途径,使他们终身受益。
