对经室内研究筛选出的一种稠油热采添加剂进行了工业化试生产,产品各项性能指标均达到了预期目标.经井楼、古城油田10口井现场蒸汽吞吐试验,取得了显著的效果,成功率达100%.不考虑吞吐周期自然递减,共核实增产稠油20389t;平均单井试验周期增产2039t,增产率达803%;吞吐油汽比提高了024;回采水率达到101%,提高581%;投入产出比为1比127.试验表明,该添加剂对地层无损害.还对添加剂的增产机理进行了讨论.
The industrialized pilot production of a heavy oil thermal recovery additive screened through laboratory research has reached the expected target. Jingjing Lou, Gucheng Oilfield 10 wells on-site steam huff and puff test, and achieved remarkable results, the success rate of 100%.
