采用免疫组织化学ABC方法观察了P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)和神经肽Y(NPY)等神经肽在大鼠颌下腺内的分布和共存关系结果显示,颌下腺内有SP能、VIP能和NPY能神经支配,纤维呈串珠状或线状,主要走行于腺泡、导管和血管周围。颌下腺内副交感神经节细胞均呈SP、VIP和NPY免疫组化反应阳性。提示这些神经肽共存于神经节细胞内,可能参与调节颌下腺复杂的分泌活动和有效的血液供应。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to observe the distribution and coexistence of neuropeptides such as Substance P (SP), vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) in the submandibular gland of rats. The results showed that SP, VIP and NPY nerve innervation, beaded fibers or linear, mainly walking in the acinar, catheter and blood vessels around. Submandibular gland parasympathetic ganglion cells were SP, VIP and NPY immunohistochemical positive. Suggesting that these neuropeptides coexist in ganglion cells and may be involved in the regulation of the complex submandibular secretory activity and effective blood supply.
